ITINERARY
We begin the day with a scenic one-hour drive to Pitec (3,850m), the trailhead for Laguna Churup. Along the way, we pass through charming Andean villages and enjoy stunning views of the Cordillera Blanca.From Pitec, we start our ascent on a well-marked trail, following a gradual climb before becoming steeper. As we approach the final part, we encounter a short rock scrambling section, where fixed cables provide support for a safe and exciting climb.
After completing the hike, we drive back to Huaraz.
